How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Allfailing Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- How your call or contact with Allfailing Pest Control went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Allfailing Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot issue refunds for a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Washington.
How to File
Email contact@allfailing.garden. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do
What Happens After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
You can reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
